The design for this headband is a modern twist on a traditional granny square.  Five separate patterns are used to add variety and interest. Reds and grays are the primary colors with pops of pink, orange and variegated yarns adding to the fun. The headband can be worn as an ear warmer around the head or under the hair and over the ears for warmth. 

The headband is made with a variety of hand-dyed/painted lace weight merino wool yarns dyed by indie dyers from the US and South America.

 Hand wash with wool wash, dry flat.
